We’ve designed a challenge to help you ramp up your health & fitness plan to get you looking and feeling your BEST this fall! Lose stubborn weight, tone your body & increase your strength as you compete with a pair of our trainers & your team mates to be the top finishing team at the end of our 8-week challenge! TAKE THE CHALLENGE – JOIN OUR SUMMER SHAKE DOWN!
Each participant will be assigned to a team of trainers (one of our “Dynamic Duos”!!) and all teams will compete against each other over the 8-weeks of the challenge. You can either request a particular team of trainers or, be randomly assigned to a team. You have the option to make this challenge as self-motivating as you want or to choose one of our training packages for extra guidance along the way to maximize your results. Weekly weigh-ins with your trainer are required so we can check your progress and track the overall progress of the team. Your trainers will be here along the way to help you stay on track, to keep you motivated, and to answer any fitness questions that you might have.
The program will launch on Monday, September 10th with our group Launch Party! All participants will be weighed in that day and provided with some general exercise and nutrition guidelines to help you get the most out of the challenge. Note: if you can not make the launch for whatever reason, you must make arrangements to be weighed in with your trainer between September 7th and 11th. All weigh-ins will be tracked by your trainer over the course of the 8 weeks. There will be one more weigh in at the mid-way point and final weigh-ins will take place between October 31st & November 1st with the winning team being announced at our Challenge Wrap Up on Thursday, November 1st.
The team with the greatest percentage weight loss will be deemed the winning team (although everyone is a winner in our books!) Bragging rights go to the Personal Trainers with the winning team & a special prize package will be awarded to the winning team!
You should be in a position where you need to lose at least 10 pounds or more. Our intentions are that this challenge will help our clients reach for their best and not be an initiative that has a negative effect on self-esteem and body image. All of the expectations of the challenge are designed to improve overall health and fitness and are not short-term, quick-fixes. The benefit of this type of program is that it will provide you the guidance, motivation, and accountability to jump-start your program and help you shed any excess winter weight.
You will be assigned to a trainer’s group and the groups will compete against each other throughout the challenge.
