Body Sculpt

Box ‘N Burn

Box ‘N Burn is an intense 50-minute class using real boxing technique, with 1-on-1 mitt work, strength & conditioning, agility, plyometrics and much more!

Cardio Blast

This class offers a high energy blast of cardio full of variety and hi and low options for all participants – a great way to get your sweat!

Chair Qi

A gentle exercise program to help people receive the benefits of traditional Qi Gong in the comfort and safety of their chair. *Begins on January 14th

Chair Yoga

This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Build core strength, balance and flexibility in this dynamic flow class.

Fit & Fabulous

A combination of low impact cardiovascular exercise and muscular endurance training finishing off with flexibility and stretching.  This class is perfect for the new exerciser or those looking for a lower intensity option.

Flex & Flow

Ideal for the Older Adult, this class uses a combination of gentle aerobics, strengthening and lengthening moves that will assist in postponing and tackling the signs of aging. 

Fit Mix

Hatha Yoga

This balanced class combines breath with movement to stretch and strengthen the muscles.  Gentle flows combined with simple yet challenging strength postures all at a moderate pace allows beginners to learn new poses while allowing the more experienced yogi to refine form and push their edge. 

HIIT

High-intensity interval training is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. Guaranteed to make you sweat!

Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, this class transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.  Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and pilates inspired movements.

Qi Gong

24 Posture Therapeutic Qi Gong involves a routine that is easy to follow and requires no previous experience.  The 24 postures in the ancient art of Qi Gong are used for treating disease and prolonging life, and are all done in less than one hour.  They are all performed standing (but may also be done seated as required) and require no special flexibility or previous experience. This gentle workout is suitable for all fitness levels. 

Step & Core

This great cardio workout combines step moves that are interesting and creative with transitions that are clear and easy to follow – this workout is open to all fitness levels!  This class will end with a core workout designed to target the abs and low back for strength & stability!
